Children's Dental Services
Routine dental care is just as important for kids as it is for adults. At North Delta Dental Professionals, our dentists tailor our services to meet your child's oral health needs, to help keep their smile healthy and happy.
Your child’s dental visit may be covered by the Canada Dental Benefit (CDB).
Early Positive Dental Experiences
At North Delta Dental Professionals, we believe in helping children feel comfortable and relaxed during their dental appointments so they can maintain excellent oral health today and into adulthood.
With a wide range of dental services for Delta kids and their developing smiles, we are dedicated to providing your child with the most positive dental experience possible.
We understand that visiting the dentist can be an intimidating experience for many children, so we strive to keep our environment friendly, inviting, and calm. We are committed to working at your child's pace, taking breaks if they feel overwhelmed, and answering any questions they may have in kid-friendly terms.
Your Child's First Visit
Babies should see a dentist after their first six months or at minimum, by their first birthday. By this time, baby's teeth, or primary teeth, are starting to emerge and it is a pivotal time to identify any issues before they develop into big concerns.
Dental Services for Kids
At North Delta Dental Professionals, our services can be tailored to meet your child's oral health needs, to help keep their smile healthy.
Preventive Dental Hygiene
When your child is young, seeing the dentist for regular exams and cleanings will help preserve their primary teeth until they are prepared to fall out, and be replaced by permanent teeth. At each appointment, we will review proper preventive hygiene techniques to help ensure your child's smile is receiving the proper care at home.
Restorative Dental Services
Has your child developed a cavity? Perhaps they are at risk of tooth decay or experiencing misalignment issues. Mouthguards or dental fillings may also be recommended as a treatment option by your dentist.
